Rice wine is a pretty potent local brew. It is called many things in different coutries. Like Saki in Jaoan or Lao Lao. Mostly I have been cautious on its effects and except on one previous occassion in Vietnam I have been able to moderate its impact despite the urgings of my hosts at the time. 

Except today, These Vietnamese ... they have done it again .... I can barely stand straight and see the screen ....
